To avoid the anxiety of being kept in the dark, a weekly progress report will be provided to you.

We will notify you a week in advance prior mold completion to determine your demands during mold trial such as sample quantity, the testing of mold action, injection, sample dimension, sample profile, etc. After mold trial, the sample will be sent to you with a detailed report attached. The report will contain information such as mold photo, trial footage, product specification, product and runner weight, problem, solutions, delivery date, product dimension, etc.

We will make adjustments and modifications with a short time base on the problem wo found during mold trial and client feedback. The second trial will start after consulting with our client and coming up with a solution. The process will repeat as many as it takes to meet client approval and desired quality.

We will perform a final detail check on mold action and component before delivery to ensure the mold quality. Every information will be saved into a CD or DVD attached to the mold and delivered to a appoint location. The information includes 2D assembly design, 3D design, operating and maintenance instruction, product specification, steel certification, heat treatment certification, final product dimension, steel dimension, mold quality checklist, etc.
